1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to or using any service provided by Kebit8KTV, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from purchasing or using our services.
2. Service Nature & Technical Requirements
Kebit8KTV delivers digital video streams over the public internet. Optimal playback quality (including 8K UHD, 4K UHD, and 60 FPS feeds) is contingent upon your local network bandwidth, router latency, and the hardware processing capabilities of your playback device. A stable minimum internet connection of 35 Mbps for 4K and 60 Mbps for 8K is recommended.
3. Concurrent Screen Limits & Device Policies
Subscribers must adhere strictly to the connection parameters of their active plan:
- Single Device Subscriptions: Authorize exactly one (1) concurrent stream. You may install the playlist across multiple personal devices, but simultaneous streaming on more than one screen will trigger automated server disconnection.
- Multi-Device Subscriptions: Authorize exactly two (2) or three (3) concurrent active streams as defined by your specific plan tier.
- Sharing account tokens or credentials publicly or with unauthorized third parties outside your immediate household constitutes grounds for immediate token revocation without compensation.
4. Prohibition of Commercial Re-Broadcasting
Kebit8KTV subscriptions are intended strictly for private, non-commercial residential viewing. Any rebroadcasting, re-streaming, redistributing, or commercial exhibition in bars, hospitality venues, or public arenas without explicit enterprise licensing is strictly prohibited.
5. Non-Recurring Prepaid Billing
All subscriptions are prepaid in advance for the duration selected (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Kebit8KTV does not operate automated monthly credit card rebilling. Renewals are initiated exclusively upon subscriber request via our WhatsApp communication desk.
6. Modifications to Service & Inquiries
