3. Information We Collect
To deliver your digital streaming subscription and provide customer support, we process only the minimum necessary data:
- Contact Information: Your WhatsApp phone number or email address, utilized solely for delivering playlist credentials, renewal notifications, and technical support.
- Transaction Records: Payment gateway identifiers or transaction IDs necessary to verify subscription term and duration. We do not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords.
- Active Session Tokens: Temporary server connection counters to enforce the concurrent screen limits of your selected plan (1 screen on Single Device, 2–3 on Multi-Device). Session tokens are automatically purged upon disconnect.
4. Data Retention & Security Standards
All communications via WhatsApp and web endpoints utilize end-to-end Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption). Account tokens and temporary credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols. Inactive subscription accounts are automatically queued for deletion following 90 days of non-renewal.
